Frequent questions about the plan
What is IPTV?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers TV over an internet connection instead of aerial, satellite or classic cable.
How does IPTV work?
A compatible player receives a video stream from the internet. You set it up with an app, a playlist or credentials after signup.
What internet do I need?
A stable line. Keep spare bandwidth above the stream bitrate and prefer Ethernet over Wi-Fi.
Which devices work?
Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Hisense), Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV, Formuler, Apple TV, phones, Windows and Mac — if an app is available.
Can I use several TVs?
Yes, if you take as many connections as simultaneous streams. One connection = one screen playing at a time.
What is a simultaneous connection?
How many streams can play at once. Two different programmes at the same time need two connections.
What is the EPG?
The electronic programme guide in the player, when the plan provides it.
What is an M3U link?
A playlist file or URL listing streams. Only sources you are allowed to use.
What is Xtream Codes?
A login mode (server, username, password). It is a technical protocol, not a content brand.
IPTV stopped working. What now?
Check internet, reboot, update the player, re-enter credentials. Try another player if the store removed the app.
Do you have IPTV reviews?
We don’t publish fake reviews. Be careful with paid “best IPTV” rankings.
